26-Year-Old Brother Allegedly Impregnates Teenage Sister In Lagos

Oriade Rotimi, 26, has been accused of impregnating his teenage sister in Lagos.

It was gathered that the duo resides in the same room apartment at Shibiri, in Ajagbandi area of the state.

The teenager said she lives with her elder brother and that he was responsible for her pregnancy.

The four months pregnancy was noticed by an old women in the residence, after they saw the teenager vomiting severally and confronted her with questions at the weekend.

The girl confessed impregnated her. She added that her brother was usually jealous if he sees her with any boy, adding that she was afraid of her brother because he usually threatened her, warning that he did not want to see her with any man.

“One day, he made love to me and since then, he continued to do it until I became pregnant,” she said.

Meanwhile, the victim said she didn’t tell him she was pregnant

However, Rotimi denied and swore he was not responsible. He denied making love to his sister, insisting that it was because of his high handedness over his sister that she pointed accusing finger at him.He described the allegation as a blatant lie.

The state Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, DPPRO, DSP Damasus Ozoani, confirmed the incident. He said the suspect has been invited for interrogations and will be charged to court soon.
